Last year, he accepted the Mentor of the year award at Makati Shangrila Hotel under Asia Leaders Awards 2019 and for this year, he is one of the finalists under Man of the Year together with 4 leading Mayors who are making a difference right now with the Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion, Kevin Tan of Alliance Global Group which is the holding company of Megaworld and 3M Philippines General Manager Reggie Pulumbarit.

Man of the Year is an award given to an individual by any type of organization. He is making a difference especially during this Pandemic helping out not just the organisation he belongs to but also helping out the indigents and Frontliners via the company he is with.
