She serves as President & Chairman, Omara Business Solutions Corporation; President, Omara Payment Service Corporation; and Managing Director, Ammara Zaya Capital Project Management UAE.

 

Her mission is rooted in one belief: Technology has little value unless people are given the knowledge, infrastructure, and opportunity to use it.

Veronica began as an entrepreneur, expanding into fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, smart-contract development, digital payments, and education technology. Her work spans the Philippines, Singapore, the UK, Malta, Europe, and the UAE, focusing on practical, real-world applications rather than trends alone.

 

 

 

EDUCATION ADVOCACY

 

Through Unifinity, her education initiative, she introduced blockchain concepts to universities nationwide — University of Makati, UE–Caloocan, Cebu Technological University, University of San Jose–Recoletos, and University of Cebu. At Robolution 2019, she stated: “Education is the key to adoption.” Internationally, she spoke at the SUSS–SmartMesh Workshops in Singapore on digital education and financial inclusion.
