Before venturing into the Web3 education space, Yang played a pivotal role at McDonald’s Philippines. As part of the team, he was instrumental in developing and scaling the company’s web and mobile applications. Under his guidance, these platforms achieved over 10 million downloads and generated approximately $100 million in revenue in 2021.  


Transitioning from his achievements in the fast-food industry, Yang co-founded Proof of Learn, a Web3 education platform that incentivizes students by allowing them to earn rewards as they learn. One of its flagship initiatives, Metacrafters.io, is a game designed to teach blockchain coding skills, effectively merging education with interactive technology. Kenny Ladaga, a Davao-based designer, is known for his sophisticated and innovative fashion. His designs, which blend Mindanao’s rich textile heritage with contemporary aesthetics, have earned him international recognition in fashion capitals like New York and Canada.


Ladaga’s journey in fashion began in 2012, with his breakthrough in the Sagala Gown Competition at SM City Davao. Since then, he has continued to rise in the industry, gaining accolades for his intricate, nature-inspired couture.


His recent success includes designing the gown worn by Lana Collantes, who was crowned Teen Universe Petite 2024, and being named one of the “People to Watch 2024” by Rising Tigers Magazine.
