To be part of the Asia Pacific Wellness Tour 2016, listening on the expert advise of Julian Alvarez Garcia, M.D., Ph.D. on how millennials can adopt simple positive nutrition and lifestyle habits at work to improve their overall well-being was a wake up call for me to do my exercises and take in the proper nutrition. Before Dr. Garcia's talk, everyone @ the taft ballroom were encourage to participate in simple workout that can be done in one's work place while sitting on their office space. Arm stretching, standing, moving your body parts while on your work desk. Tips for a healthier Urban workplace was given, adopt a good sitting posture- sit up tall and ensure your back is fully supported against a back rest. Indeed we should exercise, eat healthy food, take in the sun, breath fresh air and be at peace to adopt a healthy, happy, active lifestyle
