AN ULTIMATE FOODVENTURE LIKE NO OTHER: MAFBEX 2017

Now on its 11th installment, the Manila Food and Beverage Expo or simply MAFBEX is back for another unforgettable gastronomic presentation of the country's finest flavors. Organized by MAFBEX Events Management
( subsidiary of Worldbex Services International ) and presented in cooperation with the Young Hoteliers Exposition ( YHE ) and the Organization of Bar Professionals ( OBP ),MAFBEX officially launched at the World Trade Center Manila and will be on going until June 18 from 10:00am to 8:00 pm.

To formally open the doors to its five day show, a program and ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the venue lobby. Among those who graced the affair were Worldbex Services International's key executive officers, Joseph Ang, Levi Ang, Ar. Francisco Flameno, Jill Ang, Rene Ramos, and Tessie Roque along with VIP guests including Senator Cynthia Villar and Undersecretary Bernadette Romulo Puyat.

Occupying a total of 15,000sqm of exhibition space, this year's MAFBEX lives up to its reputation as the biggest and most anticipated foodshow in the country as it boast of over 500 booths by top food and beverage brands from here and abroad. However, ultimately taking center stage at MAFBEX 2017 are countless homegrown products and service innovation that are changing the way we cook, eat, and market our food.

Dividing the venue into different product zones - Franchise, Equipment, Food and Beverage, Condiments, Packaging, kitchenware, Organic Products, and Halal - attendees are bound for the " Ultimate Foodventure" as MAFBEX gathers the finest food purveyors in the country under one roof.

MAFBEX also turns the spotlight on the culinary talent of Filipinos with the series of kitchen activities and programs that will be held throughout the event. Among these must see trade show highlights are the YHE Competitions, which includes categories such as cake decorating, bartendering and a black box challenge, the Chefs of the world, a series of live cooking demos by locally and internationally renowned chefs , and the MAFBEX Culinary Cup Home Chef Edition, an amateur cooking competition that aims to recognize talented Filipino home cooks.

Aiming to shape the future of the local F&B industry into one that is progressive and innovative, MAFBEX presents this year's Free Seminars. Open to all free of charge , the MAFBEX seminars will be tackling a diverse range of topics that will prive to be insightful and relevant for Filipino foodies and entrepreneurs alike.
